• Original Bank Certificate
• 6Months Bank Statement, certified true and copy
• SEC/DTI – if business person
• Business Permit – if business person
• COE if employed
• Leave Certificate if any
• ITR Copy
• Birth Certificate copy ( PSA )
• Marriage Certificate copy ( PSA )
• Proof of affinity in the U.S.
• Add’l proof of economic stability such as Land titles,
credit card statement with payment receipt, OR/CR
for vehicle, Investment Funds, Shares that would
prove your financial stability in the country.
• Invitations to attend Fairs/Exhibitions/Conventions
( if applicable )

• Additionally, based on your purpose of travel, you
should consider bringing the ff:

STUDENTS: Latest school records, transcripts and
degrees/diplomas. Bring evidence of financial support
such as monthly bank statement, fixed deposit slips, or
other evidence.

WORKING ADULTS: Bring employment letter from
your company and pay slips from the most recent
three months.

BUSINESS VISITORS AND COMPANY DIRECTORS:
Bring evidence of your position in the company and
remuneration.

VISITING RELATIVE: Bring photocopies of your
relative’s proof of status ( e.g. Green Card,
naturalization certificate, valid visa and others )

PREVIOUS VISITORS TO THE US:
If you were previously in the United States, any
documents attesting to your immigration or visa status.
