3. COE/ITR/Cert of Leave/Payslips – if employed
4. DTI or SEC / Business Permit / ITR – if business owner
5. Original Bank Cert
6. 3Months Bank Statement
7. Travel History ( with supporting entry/exit visa )
8. Other proof of financial capacities:
– credit card statement with payments
– Title copies for properties owned
– Investments / Shares of stocks certificate
– OR/CR of owned vehicle
9. Roundtrip ticket itinerary – c/o SEAT LEISURE
10. Confirmed Hotel Booking Reservation – c/o SEAT LEISURE
11. Detailed itinerary in UK for the duration of stay

VFS Handling Fee of approximately PHP900 is payable directly upon appearance.
