1. Booking & Reservations

• All booking requests submitted through our website are considered inquiries and are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our team.
• Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until full payment is received.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as communicated by our agent.
• The Company reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be communicated to you by your assigned travel agent upon confirmation of your booking.
• Full payment is generally required before ticketing or reservation issuance.
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during the booking process.
• All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary depending on the service, airline, hotel, or tour operator. These will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
• Airlines and hotels have their own cancellation and refund policies which the Company must adhere to.
• Service fees paid to the Company for processing bookings are generally non-refundable.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to seatleisure@gmail.com.
• Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 30–60 business days subject to the provider's timeline.

4. Travel Documents & Visa

• It is the traveler's responsibility to hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity beyond the intended travel date.
• Visa requirements vary by destination. The Company provides visa assistance but does not guarantee visa approval, which is solely at the discretion of the issuing embassy or consulate.
• The Company is not liable for denied visa applications or entry refusals at any port of entry.
• Travelers must comply with all destination country entry requirements, including health and vaccination requirements.

5. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
• Insurance quotes provided through our website are indicative and subject to the final policy terms issued by the insurance provider.
• The Company acts as an intermediary for insurance products and is not liable for claims or coverage disputes.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Company acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of these third parties.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
• Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that all content is error-free. Prices, availability, and itineraries are subject to change without notice. Always confirm final details with your assigned travel agent.
